- Refunds for digital goods, including images and videos, are only available in exceptional cases since the nature of digital goods makes returns impossible once the product is delivered.

2. Refund Grounds

- Defective product: If the provided image or video file is corrupted or unusable.

- Cancellation before download: A refund is possible if the purchase is canceled before the product is downloaded.
3. Refund Conditions
