License Agreement for Launcher
This license agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and EZH S.P. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), governing the use of the Launcher (“Software”).
License We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one computer for personal or commercial use. You may not sell, distribute, translate, sublicense, transfer, or use the Software for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Data Collection and Use The Software collects user system data, such as the operating system, Launcher version, and other technical system characteristics. We use this data to improve the quality of the Software and provide you with a better user experience. We also collect data about users authorized through Patreon, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limited Warranty The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, damage to equipment or software, or loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Updates and Support We may provide updates and support for the Software at our discretion.
Termination of License We may terminate your license to use the Software at any time at our discretion. Upon termination of the license, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
Consent to Data Processing You consent to our collection and processing of data related to your use of the Software in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Agreement We may change this Agreement at our discretion. We will post any amended Agreement on our website and notify you of any material changes.
By downloading the Software and/or using it, you agree to this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software.
